Please read the info below carefully before submitting your commission request to have all the info you might need regarding questions about extra charges, my process and the estimated time your order will likely take.

I will draw:

• Characters of all ages, sexualities and ethnicities
• OCxOC and OCxCanon pairs equally
• Humans/Humanoids
• Anthropomorphic characters (the more humanoid, the easier time I’ll have drawing it)
• NSFW (both regarding sexual and graphic content, such as nudity, blood, injury, etc.) character(s) depicted must be 18+

I will not draw:

• Real life people/public figures for the sake of caricature or misrepresenting them
• Problematic, hateful and discriminatory themes
• Explicit NSFW fetishes and paraphilias (noncon, underage, incest, etc.) and heavy gore

TOS REGARDING ADOPTABLE DESIGNS
On Ko-fi, Moongazer and higher tier members get early viewings and an early chance to claim designs before they go public!
Make sure to join the tier if this perk interests you.

• Once the design is yours, you are free to interpret them as you wish and do with them as you please.
• Adoptable designs are (regardless of character, outfit, other format, etc.) by default for personal, non-commercial use only (any character design for commercial use should be discussed as a business inquiry and will involve higher fees). If you require the design for commercial purposes, you need to let me know and you will have to pay a licensing fee.
• You may gift or trade the design.
• Regarding reselling adoptables: do NOT sell them for more than the price you bought them for and make sure I'm still credited for the artwork I made of them.
• You own the character, but cannot take credit for the design and artwork made by me.
• Adoptables are eligible for partial payment/payment at a later date if claimed on a first come, first served basis. However, if you fail to meet the deadline for the full payment, or to keep me updated on your payment plan, your claim on the design will be forfeit and the character will be resold. If any installments were put down towards the character, the amount paid will be refunded to you fully. Please keep in mind that adoptables sold through Ko-fi Store cannot be paid for in installments.
• Breaking these rules will have you blacklisted.

EXTRA COSTS

• More difficult to draw elements & props: (for example mecha, intricate tattoos, patterns, familiars, pets etc.) and additional props may require an additional fee that varies depending on its complexity. Vehicles, mounts and additions that take up as much space as a character will be counted for an extra character cost. 
• Customs/character designs/character illustration from scratch: (eg. commissions of characters without clear references or in the process of being created and visually illustrated, working based on written reference, moodboards and faceclaims, etc.) outside the 'Mystery character design' category will be eligible for a 50% of your desired category's charge. If you aren't too picky and in no need for a lot of changes or custom work done on your concept, I have a Picrew where you can create characters.
• Commercial license: If you require the art for business purposes and would like to have the right to commercial use (aka. wish to sell a product including the art, like a t-shirt design, sticker, promotion material for games, use an adoptable design for vtubing, etc.), please e-mail me at [email protected] so we can discuss the rates. Said rates will highly vary and depend on your budget, as well as what purpose do you wish to use the commissioned art for. License may be purchased for a personal use only commission at a later date. For commercial work, you will be provided with a separate, more commercial work specific ToS and contract.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• Via PayPal invoice, prices are in EURO. No cryptocurrency accepted.
• For business and accounting purposes I require a name and billing address (chosen name, PO box address, etc. are fine) in order to create a receipt as proof of purchase which is in compliance to § 169 of the Hungarian VAT Act for orders done through PayPal. Please be mindful of the fact that this policy is not my idea and I would prefer not to do it, I am just playing by the rules of the country I live in. For Ko-fi commissions, paying through donations of the Ko-fi commission widget this rule does not apply as your commission will be tallied on my monthly earnings from the website.
  ​This process works the same way as any other online purchase you would make, except the delivery of your purchase happens digitally and instead of an automated checkout page I personally have to handle and create invoices/receipts myself. Your personal information will be treated with utmost discretion, as I expect you to do the same with my information which I also am legally bound to state on the receipt (both on PayPal and Billingo) in turn.
  Unfortunately, I cannot do business with you if you cannot provide me with this information as me failing to account for my income could seriously hurt my business if I cannot show a legally acceptable proof (as per Hungary's law and standards) of sale with the correct information during tax inspections. At this point in time, I can only hope these laws regarding online & digital goods will be loosened once the country takes a step towards progress. I sincerely apologize for the added complication this causes.
• Payment will be made and an invoice will be sent once I get started on your order and you have received at least a rough sketch to revise going forward. You will not be billed until I can get started on your commission, but it may take some weeks until I get to your order if my waitlist is long. You will never be asked to pay a full price upfront until I am finished with your order. (Note: emergency commissions may be an exception.)
• By commissioning me, you agree to pay for the 7% tax regarding transactions that will add an additional 7% fee of the total price of the commission we agreed in. This fee will be marked on the invoice you receive.
• For orders above 100€ you may request to pay me in installments.
• On completed pieces, the first correction is free, beyond post procession every change will cost 25€/correction. 
• You can cancel your commission at any point, no questions asked. If I haven't started yet, you will receive a full refund, but if I have started working, the refund given will reflect how much time I already spent working on your order.

RIGHTS

• I own the artwork and I have the right to post it, use it in my portfolio, record it’s process as a speedpaint and share it, etc. I will NOT sell the artwork as merchandise. Your order may be kept private if you wish, which you should specify in a note ahead of time, so I know not to upload or share it anywhere.
• I have the right to decline your order for any reason.​
• You are free to use the artwork you ordered for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY (eg. print it for personal use, use it as a wallpaper, icon, etc., crediting me is appreciated). Price and distribution of art made for commercial purposes is subject to change.
• You may repost the artwork as long as I am credited as the artist! I provide a watermarked version for this purpose. Of course, it is within your right to use and reupload the unwatermarked version too, but I would advise against sharing unwatermarked, print quality files of anything you paid for.

PROCESS

• Finishing the image can take anywhere from a few weeks to 3 months AFTER PAYMENT. Illustrations can take longer, but I will keep you updated throughout the process.
• If you need any artwork by a specific or shorter deadline, or you’d just like to rush your order, you can do so for an additional 50€ fee. I won't take orders on deadline with a shorter than 7 days notice. Let me know in advance so I'll know to prioritize your order.
• I will keep you updated as I work on your order and each time you will have the opportunity to ask me for changes at every stage, the only exception being the sketch, as it is much easier to edit to fit your final idea better. You will get the chance for one free revision per stage once the cleanup process or lineart is started - so please, take your time and think about everything that might need changing in the earlier stages before further progress is made.
• You will receive a full resolution 300dpi JPG image of your order. You can request a transparent PNG for free of orders with a simple background. 
• You can track your commission's progress on Trello!

Please note that non-commercial commission slots are not always available - when they are, a Google Forms link will be available on all my major social media pages - Discord members will get a ping about every opening as well. You may send me an e-mail inquiry regardless, and I'll try my best to get back to you whether I can or can't make time for your order.

• ​Please use the form to submit your commission request via e-mail. It saves time for both you and me. The only time this can be ignored is when I take commissions through Google Forms, in which case the form is already included and ready for you to fill out - this is my primary way of taking personal commissions. There is no guarantee I have time or can get back to you when a form wasn't announced on my social media or linked on my pricelist here.​
• If I am able to take on your request, I will get in touch with you, but unfortunately I cannot send personalized declination messages to everyone. Please do not take this personally. Responses may be more scarce or take multiple weeks if I am on a break or busy.
• Regardless whether I respond or not, feel free to send multiple forms for different commissions requests if you'd like! If you have any questions regarding anything I didn't already address on this page, I'll do my best to answer them.
